This is the "Penske 50th Win" special paint scheme of Ryan Newman's #12 (Alltel) Dodge Intrepid. Ryan's victory at Michigan on August 17, 2003 marked the 50th race won for Penske Racing. To commemorate that 50th win, Ryan drove this special Red, White and Blue paint scheme in the Pop Secret Microwave Popcorn 500 at North Carolina Speedway on November 9, 2003.
