This is the "ESGR - Air Force" special paint scheme of the Richard Childress Racing #29 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, driven by Kerry Earnhardt. This car was driven in the Stacker 200 at Dover International Speedway on September 25, 2004. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, the ESGR, is a government funded program that enlists the support of America's corporations to procure employment for American military service men and women. In 2004, ESGR has committed to sponsor five Busch races, with Richard Childress Racing, in an attempt to create awareness and to promote the five Freedom Award recipients selected in 2003.
