This is the "ESGR - Navy" special paint scheme of the Richard Childress Racing #29 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, driven by Ricky Craven. This car will be driven in the Twister 300 at Chicagoland Speedway on July 10, 2004. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, the ESGR, is a government funded program that enlists the support of America's corporations to procure employment for American military service men and women. In 2004, ESGR has committed to sponsor five Busch races, with Richard Childress Racing, in an attempt to create awareness and to promote the five Freedom Award recipients selected in 2003.
