This cross-country motorcycle journey, involving both NASCAR, celebrities and fans, left from Sacramento, CA. on June 24, 2001, and arrived at the Petty Farm in Trinity, NC. on July 1. Since its formation in 1995, the Kyle Petty Charity Ride has raised nearly $2 million for various children's hospitals and the WCRWA.
