Billy Moyer Jr #21 Dirt Late Model. After several years of wrenching on his dad's #21 Billy Moyer Jr got behind the wheel of his own #21 car early in the 2006 racing season. In one of his first starts, the driver quickly becoming known across the country as "Kid Smooth" won his first A-Main at the Poplar Bluff Speedway in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
